1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.bloqueflex.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
BloqueFlex is a digital, automated productivity and monitoring tool. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee any specific results, performance outcomes, availability, earnings, or success.
3. Payments
All purchases are one-time payments. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals. Payments are processed securely through third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify. BloqueFlex does not store or process credit or debit card information.
4. Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at Bloqueflex. We offer a refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for our users. Please read the following conditions carefully to understand our refund practices.
a. Refund Requirements:
- Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchasing the subscription. After the 24-hour period, no refund will be issued.
- Other Products/Services: For all other purchases, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of the transaction if you believe a refund is warranted.
b. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service at refunds@bloqueflex.com. Include your order number, phone number, email address registered in the system, and the reason for the refund.
- Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
c. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, and then contact your credit/debit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@bloqueflex.com.
d. Exclusions
- No refund will be issued for any service that has been used or accessed.
- Refunds will not apply to products that are on sale or in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
e. Changes to the Refund Policy:
- We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after the changes are posted will be considered your acceptance of such changes.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate service termination without refund and permanent account restriction.
